Every Student Graduates (ESG) Dashboard
The ESG dashboard provides summary and detailed data related to retention, graduation, migration, and academic achievement. Explore insights across the university’s units, colleges and programs, including student sub-populations.
Equity Data Insights Portal
Advancing inclusive excellence at OSU requires the use of accurate data for strategic decision making. Data available through this portal supports the development of insights to inform program development, strategic planning, and assessing equitable institutional change.
Enrollment and Student Success Collection
The Enrollment and Student Success data collection provides insights into the student journey, from admissions, through graduation. Analytics across Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrations, Completions, and Persistence are provided.
University Financial Management (UFM)
The UFM Suite provides a reliable, consistent set of data for university-wide and college-level financial reporting while supporting analysis of underlying detail for improved fiscal decision making — Enabling OSU leadership to effectively manage revenue sources and drivers to identify highest and lowest priority investments.
Self-service Resources
CORE
CORE is the central data report library for OSU. It contains reports on a variety of data areas including Finance, Student, HR and other specialized areas. CORE helps us understand the operations of OSU and making data informed decisions about the university.
Tableau
We currently support Tableau as an enterprise tool for self-service analytics and data visualization. Users can create customized reports and interactive dashboards, maps, and other presentation formats to discover data-informed business insights.
Grant Reporting System (GRS)
Provides principal investigators (PI's), co-PI's, grant account managers, and business managers with the current financial status of grant funds.
